The information will be deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for continued storage. Statutory retention requirements under commercial and tax law remain unaffected.

Our contact form uses a hidden input field as a basic safeguard against automated submissions. After a form submission, a technically necessary session may also be stored temporarily to limit repeated automated submissions and display the submission status. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to protect the form and our technical systems against misuse.

No solely automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Where a technically necessary session is created in connection with the contact form, it is used exclusively for the security and functionality of the form. It is not analysed for advertising or analytics purposes.
