We can cut roll goods using a saw or crush cutter.

Sawing has the advantage that the roll remains exactly as it was delivered in terms of winding density and winding quality. In addition, sawing can be carried out quickly without major set-up work.

Thanks to our sawing technology, the cutting results for hard-wound (< 20 N) rolls are very good. We can also finish the edges by grinding.

Cutting and rewinding with a crush cutter has the advantage that the running meters per roll or the core can also be adjusted from one roll during rewinding.

When sawing, we can saw rolls up to 1500 mm in diameter.

When cutting, we can process rolls up to 1000 mm in diameter.

Rewinding can be carried out from one mother reel to several daughter reels as required. Other winding cores (76/151) are also possible.

We can rewind rolls up to 1400 mm in diameter (machine-related differences possible).

When formatting rolls into format goods, we have the option of processing material weights from 10 g/m² up to 600 g/m².

The format width is possible up to approximately 2150 mm. The format length is possible up to over 7 m.
